RSVP for Kickoff Reception for women mayors on November 11th in San Antonio!
A Texas where women mayors across every community - large and small - are connected, supported, and empowered to lead with confidence.
The Texas Women Mayors Collective connects women serving as mayors across Texas through mentorship, shared resources, and collaborative relationships - creating a network where members encourage one another, exchange practical knowledge, and strengthen local leadership statewide.
Experienced mayors walk alongside newly elected and first-term leaders, sharing what they have learned about budget season, tough council votes, and everything in between. Our mentorship opportunities give every member a trusted sounding board who understands the job from the inside.
From our largest cities to our smallest towns, women mayors in Texas are stronger together. Twice a year we gather in person around the Texas Municipal League conferences, so members can build lasting relationships without adding extra travel to their calendars.
Public service is demanding, and leading as a woman in office brings pressures few others see. Our members celebrate one another's wins, show up for each other in hard seasons, and offer the steady encouragement that helps every mayor lead with confidence.
Each quarter, members join a virtual session on topics like executive presence and leadership development, built around the real challenges of leading as a woman in office. Between sessions, we share the practical knowledge and hard-won lessons that strengthen local leadership statewide.
